When you submit a request for custom sugar cookies, I begin by checking availability and preparing a personalized quote. I carefully review your inspiration images, color palette, and design notes to curate a custom cookie set tailored specifically to your event. The more details you share, names, themes, preferred colors, or specific cookie shapes (that you want or don't want!) the better I can translate your vision into a cohesive, elevated design.

For custom logo cookies and printed sugar cookies, each logo is reviewed to ensure it prints cleanly and translates beautifully onto the cookie. The goal is a crisp, professional finish that enhances your brand and creates a memorable impression perfect for corporate events, client gifting, and branded celebrations.​

Custom Cookie Pricing

Each cookie is handcrafted from concept to completion, making every order truly one of a kind.

​Custom Decorated Sugar Cookies: Full size custom decorated cookies (approximately 3–4”) begin at $85 per dozen. Pricing varies based on design complexity, color palette, metallic accents, florals, character work, and overall customization. Every order is quoted individually after your request is reviewed.

​Custom Logo Cookies & Printed Sugar Cookies: Custom logo cookies begin at $72 per dozen for a classic shape, or $77 per dozen for a custom cookie cutter designed to match your logo. These printed sugar cookies are ideal for branding, corporate events, launches, and client appreciation gifts.

Booking & Availability

My calendar for custom decorated cookies fills quickly, especially around holidays, weddings, and peak celebration seasons. Submitting a request does not reserve your date. Availability is first come, first served. Prompt responses help ensure your date can be secured and your custom cookie order can move forward. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours to reserve your date. Unpaid invoices are canceled and the tentative date is released.

• Refunds accepted within 24 hours of payment (less transaction fees)

• Design changes accepted within 72 hours after payment (later changes may incur a small fee)​
   

Packaging & Presentation

Each custom sugar cookie is individually heat-sealed in a food safe bag to preserve freshness and presentation, as required by Connecticut Cottage Food Law. Cookies can be upgraded to party ready custom cookie favors with hand-tied bows for $6 per dozen. Orders are presented in bakery style window boxes or cookie crates with handles for larger quantities.

Pickup & Local Delivery

Serene Baking Co. is located in southern Newtown, CT. Pick up details are coordinated closer to your event date. Local delivery may be available for an additional fee based on order size. Shipping is not available due to cottage food regulations.

Cookie Care & Freshness

Your cookies are meticulously hand-piped with royal icing, and care instructions are included with every order.

• No refrigeration needed

• Heat-sealed cookies remain fresh for 2+ weeks (often longer)

Once cookies leave my care, Serene Baking Co. is not responsible for damage after pickup.
