Join me for Bunnies & Brews, a spring inspired cookie decorating experience where you’ll create a stunning, foot tall bunny platter made from five coordinating cookies. During this beginner friendly cookie class, I’ll guide you through essential techniques like outlining, flooding, and adding beautiful finishing details so you can decorate with confidence — no experience needed!
As part of the class, you’ll design two elegant bows in different colors to complete your bunny. The only question is… are you team blue bow or team purple bow?!
Your first drink is included, so you can sip, relax, and get creative during a cozy afternoon at Charter Oak Brewing in Danbury. It’s the perfect setting to gather with friends, plan a festive outing, or simply treat yourself to a little creative time.
And the best part? You’ll leave with a show stopping bunny cookie platter you can proudly display on your Easter dessert table… if it lasts that long.
What To Expect:
We’ll start with the basics—how to hold a piping bag, outline your cookie, and get that smooth flood icing finish. From there, I’ll walk you step by step through decorating each design so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. You’ll have plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and, of course, enjoy the process. By the end of the class, you’ll head home with cookies that look (almost) too good to eat and some new decorating skills you can use again and again.
Optional Take Home DIY Cookie Kits:
Loved decorating in class and want to keep the creativity going at home? Optional DIY kits will be available for purchase and include the same five cookies and icing colors we used in class, so you can recreate the experience on your own time. Please note: DIY kits are available exclusively to class attendees, as there are no written instructions included—everything is taught live during class. It’s the perfect way to practice your new skills or enjoy a sweet, relaxing decorating session later on!
Can't attend after purchasing a ticket?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable but not refundable. If you can’t attend, please email me at least 24 hours in advance and I’ll do my best to find a replacement. If I’m unable to, you may pick up your cookies as a DIY kit within 48 hours of the scheduled class time (pickup is off Hattertown Road in Newtown, CT). In the event of illness, severe weather, or low enrollment, I may need to cancel or reschedule class. If so, you’ll receive a full refund. Each attendee regardless of age must have a ticket. Spectating is not permitted.

-If you’re purchasing multiple tickets, please include the names and email of all participants for class communication purposes.
-Make sure you receive an order confirmation. Your ticket isn’t confirmed without it.
Bunnies & Brews
All ticket sales are FINAL. In the event that you cannot attend class, tickets are transferrable, but NOT refundable. If you cannot find a replacement, please email me with at least 24 hours notice to see if I can find a replacement for you. If I am unable to find a replacement, you will be able to pick up your cookies as a DIY kit within 48 hours of the designated class time. Pick up location is off of Hattertown Road in Newtown, CT. In the event of illness , bad weather, or low enrollment, I reserve the right to cancel class, in which case you will be offered a full refund. Each person in attendance must have a purchased ticket as spectating is not allowed. Under 18: must attend with a ticketed adult.
