What happens after I submit a custom cookie request?

Submitting the request form allows me to check availability and provide a custom quote. I carefully review your inspiration, color palette, and design details to curate a custom cookie set tailored to your event. For logo cookie requests, I ensure your logo will print cleanly and translate beautifully onto the cookie, creating a crisp, professional finish that helps your brand stand out.

 

How much do custom decorated sugar cookies cost?

Custom decorated sugar cookies begin at $85 per dozen. Pricing is influenced by design intricacy, color palette, metallic accents, florals, character work, and overall customization. Each order is thoughtfully quoted after your request is reviewed to ensure your cookies are tailored beautifully to your event.

 

Custom Logo Cookies begin at $72 per dozen for a classic shape, or $77 per dozen for a custom cookie cutter designed to match your logo. Each logo is carefully reviewed to ensure a clean, polished print and a professional presentation that elevates your brand.

 

Is my date reserved after I submit a request?

Submitting a request does not reserve your date. Availability is first come, first served once invoices are paid, as I often receive multiple inquiries for the same dates. Prompt responses are greatly appreciated and help ensure I can secure your spot and move forward with your order. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, I’ll assume you’ve decided to move forward in a different direction and the date will be released to another client.

 

Can I add additional cookies after my order is placed?

Additional cookies may be added with at least 2–3 weeks’ notice, pending availability. Last minute additions cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling, ingredient planning, and production limits.

 

Do you offer smaller quantities or add-ons?

Yes! Mini accent cookies (2" circles in coordinating colors) are available as add-ons to custom orders and are sold by the dozen. These are perfect for unexpected guests, children’s favors, or small extras to complement your main cookie set.

 

Do you have to individually bag the cookies?

Yes! Each custom decorated sugar cookie is individually heat-sealed in a food safe bag to maintain freshness and ensure a beautiful presentation. Packaging is also required under Connecticut Cottage Food Law. If you’d like to elevate them as party favors, you have the option to add hand-tied bows.

Serene Baking Co. is based in southern Newtown, Connecticut. Pick up details will be shared once your pick up date is approaching to help you plan. I do not ship.
